Marijuana legalization has brought many negative impacts to Colorado, Washington and other states that have subject to commercialized pot for almost five years.
These impacts are being felt not only through the health and safety of citizens, but also by employers in that state. Employers are having trouble finding employees who can pass a drug test which limits their ability to manage a safe, productive workplace for all employees in a company.
